Saving the best for last, this is all of the Shiny Pokémon I've obtained! (Excluding event Pokémon).
I am not a super rigorous or serious Shiny hunter. I had always enjoyed Shinies and the Shiny event Pokémon I had, but I didn't ever try hunting until ~2020 with the release of Pokémon Sword & Shield. But prior to that, I had become interested as my best friend/partner was already a Shiny hunter. I was enamoured with the idea of catching Shinies for him. All of my first Shinies I found (in Ultra Moon) were given to him.
I currently Shiny hunt in: Pokémon Shield, Pokémon Legends: Arceus, and Pokémon Scarlet. My preferred method of hunting is through egg hatching (although I do not usually do this in Scarlet as I dislike it in that game). I would love to shiny hunt in the DS or 3DS games, but currently cannot as I would need more game copies as I do not want to emulate and cannot get the Shiny Charm without online mode. (And personally, I do not want to use hacking or emulation.)
